The hotel was fairly clean and AMAZING, had awesome views of the harbor. I ate at a pleasant restaurant with the lobby. Had a kitchen area, tea/coffee, and a lounge. No reason to complain, the venue met required needs.

The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to trains & restaurants, supermarket, Britomart, Queen St, Ferrys and the Viaduct, and the waterfront and the access that provides to all the islands, restaurants, bars.

Good location, only minutes away from Auckland waterfront shops and ferries. The room was very clean and tidy with modern furnishings, air conditioning and serviced every day, very good Indian resturant on ground floor and countdown supermarket only 5 minute walk away.
Would be even better if the wash a washer / dryer in the room as in other apartment hotels in Auckland, can suffer from road noise at night if balcony door left open.
